Policies

At our salon, we aim to help clients extend their refill appointments when it aligns with their natural lash cycle. However, it may take a few sessions to determine this. In the meantime, we ask that you follow our recommended refill schedule unless previously discussed with one of our technicians. If you schedule incorrectly, it may result in your lashes not looking as flawless as your original set.





Proper appointment scheduling 

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment in order to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. If you do not notify us 24-hours in advance, the full price of your service will be charged and is non-refundable. Canceling within 24 hours of the appointment results in lost time to provide services to other clients

No show clients will be charged the full price of the missed service 

No-Shows

Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments.

Late Arrivals

Clients cards on file will not be charged until after their service, unless the client violates our cancellation policy.
